Kelly is licensed in Idaho, Nebraska, Indiana, and Washington.
Kelly grew up in Nebraska within the real estate industry. Her grandmother was a successful real estate agent and her father worked as a builder. She spent summers on a construction site and worked beside her grandmother at the real estate office throughout high school. Kelly went on to earn a bachelor's degree in pre-law studies from the University of Nebraska-Kearney where she was a scholarship athlete on the women’s diving team. Shortly after graduating Kelly purchased the first of many investment properties. Kelly went on to have a successful career in the area of legal compliance specializing in tax planning, investment law, and real estate law.
Kelly also has a passion for coaching springboard and platform diving. Before becoming a mother, Kelly spent her free time as a high school coach and coaching collegiately at Duke University, University of Idaho, and Indiana University. Kelly was named Western Athletic Conference Coach of the Year, coached at the Big 10 Championships, NCAA National Championships, World Championship Trials, World Cup Trials, and Olympic Trials. Kelly served as the assistant coach to the Head US Olympic Coach through two different Olympic quads.
These days her focus and passion is raising two vibrant little girls with her husband Brandon. They love spending their summers golfing, hiking, swimming, and boating; their winters are spent skiing, sledding, and ice fishing.
Kelly brings with her tremendous experience and knowledge. Her background in real estate and construction, knowledge of the financial world, business planning, and unmatched experience working directly with diverse groups of people is a perfect meld to give superb customer service to homeowners backed with years of knowledge and expertise.
